Treat Bag

Well, I guess I am in the mood to make a couple of things other than cards today. Here is a treat bag that I made for a dear friend. I'll fill it with some Dove chocolates since those are her favorite!

I got the treat bag tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers. The paper is from my stash but I am pretty sure it's DCWV. The solid cardstock is Bazill. I used a dollar stamp for the sentiment (studio G). It says, "you have my heart". I also used a border punch from SU. The ribbon is something I picked up a while back when it was on sale at Michael's.

This was really fun to make and I was surprised that I didn't squeeze in a Cricut something or other in it! :)

Challenge:
Paper Cutz - Color challenge (red, blue, yellow, black & white)

As always, thanks for stopping by!

  1. Cute treat bag. I know I would love to receive it, especially with the Dove chocolate. :) I need to check out the site where you found the design so I can give it a try.

  5. If your friend doesn't like it, you can always send it to me! I LOVE chocolate! Great bag - I think the gift means so much more when part of it is made by hand.
